Project Overview

Designed the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for Insight, an internal credit ratings management software used by Structured and Corporate Finance, Sovereign, Private, Compliance, and Publishing teams to manage the entire ratings process, including the My Deals module for deal management. The goal was to streamline workflows, reduce clicks, and minimize support complaints.
